Neill Reagan moved to San Antonio, TX from New York City in 1996 to open O’Neill’s Irish House, an Irish pub and restaurant. After being approached by several hotels on the need for the quality and presentation of NY style catering, O’Neill’s Catering came to fruition.
In 2000 the restaurant and bar was sold and the catering was split off to concentrate 100% on the catering portion of the company. Catering for over 30 hotels, corporations, home builders, weddings and private parties, O’Neill’s grew to be one of the premier caterers in south Texas.
